The 1st golden rule is that you must have an English standard pronunciation. Any languages must be standardly pronounced or you will not understand anything. For example, if you lisp Vietnamese, nobody can understand what you say. English is, too. Standard pronunciation is the most important thing which decides your comprehension or not when you do not know about English. Therefore, at first, you must have an English standard pronunciation.   

The 2nd golden rule is that you must study grammar if you woud like to listen to or speak English standardly with correct and good style and structure. Without grammar, you will use pidgin English and it is considered that you do not know about English. After learning by heart grammar structure, you must apply what you have learnt into real situations and gradually you will be good at 04 English skills.

The 3rd golden rule is that you must have as many vocabularies as possible. Vocabulary is like the money in your pocket. The more money you have, the more you can buy everything you want. Also, the more vocabularies you have, the more you can solve 04 Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing skills easily. There are many ways of studying vocabularies and you experience in all and choose the most suitable way to escape from not-knowing about English.  

And the most important thing is that you must know how to combine grammar and vocabularies to make sentences for practising listening and speaking with standard pronunciation. In order to escape from not-knowing about English, you must begin with a correct vocabulary – grammar sentence. Many right sentences make a right paragraph. Many correct paragraphs make a correct and good essay. After applying these 03 golden rules, you will not be surely a person who do not know about English.
