THE FIRST ENGLISH LANGUAGE CENTER IN NHA TRANG TEACHES INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES ACCORDING TO CEFR

Now, according to the Article 9 and 20 in the Circular 05/2012/TT – BGDĐT issued by Ministry of Training and Education on 15/02/2012 that require those who get BA, MA or PhD must have B1, B2, C1, C2 in accordance with CEFR, many learners, especially Primary, Juinor and Senior High School teachers, are anxious and don’t know how to get this because they don’t understand what English CEFR is, where to learn, how to coach and how the tests are, …

So, what is English Common European Framework for Reference (CEFR)?
CEFR - Common European Framework for Reference – is built and developed by European Council to provide a general base in compiling textbooks, recommending teaching programs, testing, … all over European Community and setting international standard of studying, teaching and assessing all modern European languages.
CEFR describes learner’s ability basing on 06 levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2:
  • A1:  Primary (Starters & Movers - Flyers)
  • A2: Beginning (KET)
  • B1: Intermediate  (PET)
  • B2: Mid – Advanced  (FCE)
  • C1: Advanced (CAE)
  • C2: Proficiency (CPE)
 
In accordance with this Cirular, BIET is the First Center in Nha Trang that has designed and taught these certificates to those who need them for their work, study and lives, especially teachers who would like to standardize their English knowledge.
* The Place to Take Part In This Test:
  • At Cambridge ESOL Council in HCM City or Ha Noi City. And this Council usually collaborates with Training and Education Department of Khanh Hoa and BIET to organize the tests for these certificates in Nha Trang City. So, candidates in Nha Trang should not worry about the place to take the examination.
