Person is an individual.
People: The plural of Person, meaning People.
Persons = People. However, we use Persons with formal meaning and People with general meaning.
E.g:
- Unauthorized persons will be escorted from the building.
- How many people were at the concert?
Peoples means ethnic groups.
E.g: The peoples of Asia.
