Studying English With BIET Language Center According To "Vietnam's Language Skill Framework"
From March 2014 on, BIET Language Center is going to train Enlgish according to "Vietnam's Language Skill Framework" that was issued on 24th January, 2014 by the Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT of Ministry of Training and Education.
According to this circular, it is also applied for the programs of forreign language centers and it is divided into 03 levels (beginning, internediaten advanced) and 06 Grades that are equivalent to Grade 1 - 6 of CEFR.

Therefore, from 2014 on, Vietnamese learners have to folllow this frame, especially English.
And BIET Language Center compiled this progam to train Vietnamese learners and help them to get these certificates. When students have one of these certificates, they can use it for their jobs or studies in any countries.
