1. To whom are BIET’s English Programs designed for?

     For all people! Our program is designed for anyone, at any level of proficiency, who is interested in learning English. Our participants come from different areas of our country, and all walks of life.

     We also provide exclusive English Programs for corporate, families, and individuals. Our exclusive English Programs runs at an on-request basis year round. Contact us and let us know your special needs, requirements, and preferred time. We will then tailor made our programs  to you

2. Does BIET offer English Programs for specialized areas?

   Yes, we can customize your course in your specific area of English such as in the areas of Banking, Tourism, Hotel and Hospitality, Driver, Corporate, …. Contact us and let us know your special needs and requirements. We will then meet your requirements.

3. How long does it take to learn to speak English?

    There are many factors determining how long it takes one to learn to speak English such as your current level, your motivation level, your past learning experience, the way your learn, the type of course you choose, the commitment you have, so on and so forth. The more you study, the faster you will learn.
   Our participants often show remarkable results only after some courses of  study. Generally speaking, participants who reach the benginning level will be able to conduct general daily conversation without the help of an interpreter. Participants who reach the intermediate level will be able to conduct conversations in life and work comfortably. Participants who reach the advanced level will be able to talk about specialized and complex topics with ease. 4. Are there different proficiency levels in the program?

    Yes. For example, General English is divided into 8 levels.

5. I have learned English before. How am I going to determine what level of the program should take?

    It is a good idea to inform us whether you have learned English before and for how long. You will be given a pre-program assessment prior to the start of your course to determine your English skills in order to place you in a proper level in our program. The assessment will include all the four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

6. How many participants are there in a class?

    In order to secure the quality of teaching and learning, BIET holds small group classes from 10 to 15 students. (1:10 or 1:15). Therefore, you will get full care from teacher.

7. What qualifications do the teachers have?

    All teachers have university degrees, and have experience in teaching. More importantly, they have participated in our in-house Training Teaching Program (TTT) before starting to teach our program. In addition to their professional credentials, they are all selected for their abilities to keep students entertained and interested during the program.

8. When can I start my classes?

     Small group classes start frequently. Please come and enroll quickly! We also provide exclusive English Program for corporate, families, and individuals. 9. What other activities are there in addition to learning in class?

    At BIET, students can join several clubs (Speech Club, Debate Club, Book Lovers Club, and Movie Watching Club, among others) where they can interact with the club moderators, BIET's faculty, staff and other students as they take part in the club activities.

    BIET also organizes regular school activities and students are encouraged to participate in the preparation and the actual presentation of these activities such as Eloquent English contests, talent shows, summer outing, sports activities and speech festivals allow students to actively take part in the activities and practice their conversational skills with the BIET's faculty and staff and with the other students.

10. What are your admission requirements?

      Our English Program is open to individuals, families, professionals, and executives from all walks of life. So, you will be given a pre-program assessment prior to the start of your course to determine your English skills, in order to place you in a proper level in our program. The assessment will include all the four language skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

11. I am absolute beginner in English. Am I eligible to apply for your program?

   Yes, you can. Our English Program is open for people at all levels and no minimum language ability required.

   A majority of our applicants are beginners in English. In fact we encourage beginners to join our program, for it is a great opportunity to be introduced a new language and allows you to see remarkable results in just a few courses!

12. How early should I enroll?

      Please nroll as soon as possible. Early enrolment will also allow you to have enough time to make the necessary arrangements to come and study at BIET.

13. How should I pay for my courses?

      We request payment in advance by cash, check or bank transfer.

14. What are other costs I should be aware of?

      Our program fees don’t include course books and learning materials.

15. What if I arrive late for my program?

      All participants are expected to be present for the first day of the program. Kindly make every effort to arrive on time. If you, however, join class late, we will give you free extra class to follow the program.

16. What if I have a problem over there during my program?

      BIET helps you study with us as easy as possible. Our team of teachers and staffs will consider your interests, language level, goals, .... to make your study with us fun, exciting, and stress-free. We will help you whenever you have a problem or concern during your study with us.
